Tammy
Tammy Damrath is a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Solutions Level 3 Practitioner, Precision Nutrition Certified (PNL1), NASM Certified Nutrition Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). She has BS and MS degrees in civil and environmental engineering, and is currently back in college pursuing her Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license with studies at MSU Denver.
Her holistic approach to nutritional wellness includes assessing each client based on their bio-individual needs as there is no one-size-fits-all plan. Comprehensive nutritional plans are built using health history, client goals and preferences and optional testing to assess digestion, microbiome health, hormonal imbalances, and food sensitivities. Since it’s not just about the food - hydration, sleep, stress, breath, and movement are also incorporated into nutritional plans.
