Jeff

Jeff grew up an athlete playing soccer, hockey, golf, snowboarding, and skateboarding. From a young age, he was always looking for ways to become a better athlete and found the power of exercise to improve his athletic performance. After multiple injuries and suffering from a compression fracture in his L1 vertebrae causing chronic low back pain, he came to the realization that he wanted to pursue a degree in exercise science to learn how to help himself and others move better and live a pain-free life. Over the years, Jeff’s passion for fitness has evolved into other areas of health and wellness including nutrition, breath-work and meditation/mindfulness.

Since joining the Health & Fitness industry in 2017, he’s had the opportunity to help optimized better function for youth athletes, elderly, and everyone in between. Jeff specializes in corrective exercise and performance. His philosophy is that the human body is one big integrated system and the way we train needs to revolve around the concept of: treat the system, not the symptom.

When not working or in the gym, you can find Jeff in the mountains hiking, snowboarding, camping, or relaxing at home reading a book and continuing to learn.
