Sarah

Sarah Davies is a Fitness Professional from the Midwest. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Specialist, an ACE Functional Training Specialist, and The Ready State 101 certified Movement & Mobility Specialist.  She has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. 

Sarah was active growing up, playing volleyball through high school. It was not until sophomore year in college that she found a passion for lifting. She loved the process of seeing her body change, and how she felt while doing it. Her whole mindset changed on how she approached everything in life. She was happier and more disciplined once she started caring for her health, mind, and body. BALANCE is key to living a sustainable healthy lifestyle. She focuses on finding that balance with her clients. 

Sarah initially planned to go to college in pursuit of a Psychology degree, but decided to change majors. She realized that getting a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology was all encompassing in regards to taking care of the body. This helped to lead a mindset shift for many of her clients.  She started her online wellness coaching business after college and is passionate about helping women live a more sustainable, healthy lifestyle through all aspects of wellness.

Sarah loves working on personal-development and helping you reach your best self. She specializes in mobility,  corrective exercise, and beginner strength.
