Justin Marini is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, is The Ready State 101 certified Movement & Mobility Specialist, and has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania.
Justin has experience with clients at many levels of fitness from professional boxers to knee replacement patients. The focus of his training is learning how to get the most out of your body and discovering what you are capable of. He specializes in helping develop strength and mobility, which in turn creates healthy movement patterns and improves your everyday life. Justin knows that he has succeeded as a trainer when his clients have the ability to train autonomously with a solid knowledge-base and the confidence to reach their goals. He finds exercise science fascinating and is eager to share his expertise with you, but at the end of the day, he wants you to be self-sufficient! He is proud to have extensive experience in functional resistance training, Olympic lifting, boxing and kickboxing that he can draw from to assist you in:
